Land 2 begins with more tutorials, concentrating on Villages, the acquisition and maintainence of. Note that you can function normally in Khazar’s Influence, since he’s your “Ally”. Lethys, the enemy god, isn’t very offensive, and will leave your villages alone even when they are within his Influence. Lethys will, however, fireball your Creature if he comes into one of his villages. Cast Miracle Teleports near your Temple and next to the Village store of each Village you control. Keep your villagers worshipping, as you will need to cast Miracle Wood a lot, I also find casting Miracle Wood on Workshops more effective than keeping Disciple Craftsmen. Miracle Forest is good for Impressing villagers, you can pick it up and cast it again to keep the belief flowing. Though you have not been taught how to build Wonders, you can. As Wonders are bigger and more powerful the more belief you have in the building Village, wait until your belief is at least 2,000 before you build one. An important thing to note is that your worship site can only store so much prayer power, it does not keep on accumulating. If you find the worshippers are praying hard and you are not gaining anything ((place your hand over the altar, if the numbers are not constantly going up, you’re maxed out)), cast some Miracles or lower the Totems. Teach your Creature to cast Miracle Wood on construction sites and on the workshop, and not only on the village store. You will also want to teach him the “right” way to Impress villagers. Finally, do not conquer Lethys’ villages until you are good and ready, whatever Khazar says. There are plenty of neutral villages to conquer first, most of them already within your combined Influence. |
