Act I
- Horadric Malus – Return this to Charsi, and she will imbue an item for you.
- Scroll of Inifuss – The bark of the Tree of Inifuss. Given to Akara to decipher.
- Deciphered Scroll of Inifuss – Given by Akara after you give her the Scroll of Inifuss. It gives the order for touching the Cairn Stones.
- Book of Skill – Dropped by Radament the first time you kill him. Gives you one skill point.
- Horadric Scroll – Dropped by Radament. Given to Cain to activate the Horadric Staff Quest.
- Horadric Cube – Found in the Halls of the Dead. See Horadric Cube Formulae.
- Horadric Amulet – Found in the Claw Viper Temple. Part of the Horadric Staff.
- Staff of Kings – Found in the Sand Maggot Lair. Part of the Horadric Staff.
- Horadric Staff – Created when you transmute the Amulet and Staff in the Cube. Used to open the True Tomb of Tal Rasha.
- A Jade Figurine – Dropped by a Unique Monster. Given to Meshif.
- The Golden Bird – Given by Meshif in exchange for the Jade Figurine.
- Potion of Life – Adds 20 to Life permanently. Given by Alkor in exchange for the Golden Bird.
- The Gidbinn – Found in the Pygmy Village in the Flayer Jungle. Given to Ormus to complete the Blade of the Old Religion Quest.
- Khalim’s Brain – Found in the Flayer Dungeon. Part of the Khalim’s Will Quest.
- Khalim’s Heart – Found in the Sewers. Part of the Khalim’s Will Quest.
- Khalim’s Eye – Found in the Spider Cavern. Part of the Khalim’s Will Quest.
- Khalim’s Flail – Dropped by one of the High Council. Part of the Khalim’s Will Quest.
- Khalim’s Will – Created by transmuting Khalim’s Relics in the Horadric Cube. Used to destroy the Compelling Orb.
- Lam Esen’s Tome – Found in one of the six ruined temples in Kurast Bazaar, Kurast Causeway and Upper Kurast. Given to Alkor to complete the Lam Esen’s Tome Quest.
- Mephisto’s Soulstone – Dropped by Mephisto.
- Hellforge Hammer – Used to destroy Mephisto’s Soulstone.
