To give or remove a trait, open the console (~) and use give_trait character trait #, where # is the level of the trait (trait level 1 if left blank), or remove_trait character trait. To add or remove a member of a character's retinue, use give_ancillary character retinue or remove_ancillary character retinue. You can use the identifier this, in place of a character's name, by selecting the character on the world map (not in a town), as in give_trait this trait. The cheat can be used on characters belonging to other factions. The cheat is case-sensitive.
A General gains one level of the Trait per 3 points in Crusader/JihadHistory.
- A General gains two points each time he...
- Joins a Crusade.
- Enters Crusade Target Region.
- Assaults Crusade Target.
- Conquers Crusade Target (3 points).
- Abandons Crusade (-3 points).
- Withdraws from Siege on Crusade Target (-2 points).
Crusaders (but not Jihadists) also gain StrategyChivalry for joining a Crusade (+1) and Conquering the Crusade Target (+2).
