- [231199] Other characters on the same account as the house owner will be treated as co-owners unless they are already an owner or co-owner of another house.
- The owner, co-owners and friends may invoke the “Ban” and “Remove” commands. Only the owner and co-owners may invoke the “I wish to” commands.
- Any instance of the word “Friend” should read as “friend, owner or co-owner”.
| Command | Effect |
| I ban thee | Ejects the targeted player from the home and adds his account to the ban list. There is a limit of 50 banned accounts per home. Friends can invoke this command. Friends and vendors cannot be ejected, but NPCs, monsters and animals can. Banned creatures will be moved under the house sign. |

| Remove thyself | Ejects the targeted player from the home. Friends can invoke this command. Friends and vendors cannot be ejected, but NPCs, monsters and animals can. Ejected creatures will be moved under the house sign. |
| I wish to place a strongbox | [231199] Co-Owners only. Places a strongbox. See Co-Owners. |
| I wish to lock this down | Locks down the targeted item. This item cannot be moved by any player until released. Only a friend can rename a locked down Rune. |
| I wish to release this | Removes locked down and secure status from the targeted item. This item can then be moved. |
| I wish to secure this | Locks down and secures the targeted container. This container cannot be moved by any player until released, and only friends may open it. |
| I wish to place a trash barrel | Places a trash barrel where you are standing. As with all containers in a home, only friends may use it. The trash barrel is emptied 3 minutes after the first item is placed, and all items within are permanently deleted. |
| I wish to unsecure this | [Removed 231199] Removes the secure status of the targeted container. It remains locked down. |
