Demolish House and Get a Deed Back(Owner Only) All house add-ons are destroyed, all other items end up on the floor. Single-click a Locked Down item to release it. A House Deed will appear in the bank of the owner, or in the backpack if the owner is a Murderer. If there is a Guildstone or Vendor attached to the house, it has to be moved or disbanded/dismissed in order to redeed the house.
